Rosemary Miller is a permanent cosmetics specialist and a registered nurse. A graduate of the Beau Institute of Permanent Cosmetics, she is a Board Certified Diplomat and Fellow of the American Academy of Micropigmentation. She is also a Member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetics Professionals. She owns and operates the Permanent Cosmetics Design Center in southern New Jersey. Permanent cosmetics is highly regulated in the State of New Jersey, says Rosemary. This is one of the few states in which specialists must pass a rigorous test given by the AAM before they can practice.
